Nicholas Poduslenko Back Nicholas Poduslenko is a partner with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell and Hippel LLP. He is a member of the firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Poduslenko specializes in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction litigation, as well as personal injury litigation and general defense litigation. He has also been involved in a number surety matters involving public finance construction projects and procurement contracts. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Villanova University, Villanova, PA, and his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia. He joined Obermayer in 1987. Mr. Poduslenko's civic activities include membership in the Recruiting Committee for the Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia. He is also a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
